About the Photographer


For me, photography is a method of recording a moment of time through my eyes, while at the same time, preserving a portion of the planet that may be used later to educate, entertain and inspire humanity.

My passion for nature and wildlife began at a very young age.  Growing-up the son of a veterinarian and avid outdoorsman, I quickly developed a deep appreciation for, and relationship with, wildlife and nature.  Throughout my childhood and as an adolescent, I was immersed in the natural world.  My desire to capture the images that I saw and record my experiences with nature, led me to pursue wildlife, nature and landscape photography.  As a young adult I completed university degrees in zoology, ecology and forestry, which complimented my passion for photography by helping me to better understand the animals and natural environments that I sought to record. 

My dream is to inspire people to appreciate and protect the earth’s diminishing natural spaces through my photography.  Please enjoy the photos of nature that I have captured throughout my travels. Fine Art Prints

You can order prints and greeting cards directly from each photo's page in the galleries. Simply click on the desired photo and purchasing options will be made available through a link located below the photo. Photographs are printed on archival luster photographic paper using pigment-based inks for ultimate quality and longevity. Prints are available in an assortment of standard sizes in order to provide convenience and reduce the costs associated with matting and framing (all prints will fit into standard-sized mats and frames). All prints sold through this site are guaranteed.

Greeting Cards

In addition to selling photographs as prints, all photos can be purchased as greeting cards. Greeting cards are printed on the highest quality, 100% acid free matte paper and each greeting card includes an envelope. Cards are 5" x 7" and blank inside to allow for you to add your personal message. Images on greeting cards have a 1/8 of an inch white border. These greeting cards are excellent for gifts and are worthy of framing.
